Facility Description

Located on the top two floors of the Interstate Tower on the Square with a spectacular view of the city, the Charlotte City Club is in the heart of uptown Charlotte. This elegantly appointed club features two main dining rooms, the Mecklenburg Room and Queen Charlotte Ballroom, both open for lunch Monday through Friday and dinner Wednesday through Saturday. There are five exquisitely furnished private dining rooms that can serve 10 to 150 guests. Athletic facilities are available at the Crown Athletic Club across the street from the Charlotte City Club. Coat and tie are required. RECIPROCAL POLICIES **Reciprocal members will be extended privileges to visit the Club a maximum of four (4) times annually. Should a reciprocal club member continue to request access to the facilities, they will be asked to join the Club as a Non-Resident member. ** Availability for dining reservations may be less overall, given the new strategy. We will do our best to accommodate a reciprocal member, however, will be unable to honor reservation requests made within forty-eight (48) hours. ** The Club will not honor walk-in reciprocal club members. ** Reciprocal club members are permitted to make a dining reservation for a maximum of four (4) people at one table. Larger parties are at the discretion of Charlotte City Club. ** Reciprocal member use for private event rooms in December will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We will yield to first accommodating our own member requests. ** Effective March 1, 2023 reciprocal club members can enjoy the same at-cost model for food and beverage that our membership enjoys; reciprocal club members will incur a 40% service charge on all charges including food, beverage, and cigars.
